Information regarding Fees & Deposits
· If you accept the offer of a place, we will require a deposit equal to two weeks fees, which will secure the place and should be paid promptly. The deposit will act as the final two weeks fees when your child leaves the nursery.
· Fees are payable monthly and must be paid by the 10th of each month. I.e. fees for the month of January should be paid by January 10th. We will accept payment by cheque, standing order, BACS or childcare vouchers. Unfortunately, we cannot accept cash payments.
- We make no allowances for fees payments for absences due to holidays, illness, or bank holidays. Fees are also payable for the Christmas week closure.
- *EEE: all children are entitled to Early Education Entitlement, from the start of the term following their third birthday. Funding is spread over the whole year and can be up to a maximum of 11.18 hours per week (38 weeks x 15 hours / 51 weeks).
If you accept the offer of a place, we will require a deposit equal to 2 weeks fees. This will reserve your child’s place and will also act as the last 2 weeks fees when your child leaves. We require a minimum of 4 weeks written notice should you wish to terminate your child’s place at Fledgelings.
Due to the demand for places, in the event that you fail to take up your place, once accepted, you will forfeit your deposit.
We make no allowances for absence due to holidays, sickness or bank holidays. Absence due to holidays should be paid for, in advance, to enable us to retain your place.Payments may be made by cash, cheques, standing order or child care vouchers.
Government Grant
All children are entitled to Government funding starting from the term following their third birthday. The amount paid will depend on the number of sessions attended; at present the maximum entitlement is £1477.25 per year for a child who attends five, half days sessions or more per week.

Fledgelings Day Nursery are under a pilot scheme for 15 hours of funding. Which means before a parent could claim upto £1691.00 amount of free child place but at Fledgelings Day Nursery Romford we have been allocated £2029.20.
